Mark
Coming from a military and law enforcement background, Mark is the Security Director for an international Hi-Tech company. Mark’s personal journey includes addictions to drugs and alcohol, and his recovery dates back 25 years. Marks’ role with OI is in Group Process Development, Fund Raising, and his passion is 1 on 1 mentoring. Mark’s hobbies include photography and playing bass guitar. He is married with four children and is active in his church and his community.

Mark is quoted as saying, “OI provides a safe supportive and structured environment to help those with addictions to drugs and/or alcohol become the kind of people who no longer feel the need to numb themselves from life, but who are free to live life with courage on life’s terms.”

Joel
A Pastor for 20 years before going into private business, Joel has been married for 25 years and has 4 daughters. He loves cycling, traveling, and anything that has to do with being outdoors. Joel is passionate about helping Pastors and other Clergy. Coming to Operation Integrity in 2007, Joel’s many roles include group facilitation, coordinating the OI Panel program and the OI Pastors Recovery Program.

Joel says, “I love OI because of the people who participate and their willingness to be open and vulnerable enough to change attitudes, habits and relationships for the better.”

Scott
Active since 2003 and one of the original OI participants, Scott has had a significant role in developing the OI Group Process and in the organization’s long-term strategic planning. He works with assisting people one-on-one, handles media relations and anchors Operation Integrity’s efforts throughout North and Central California. Scott makes his living as a political consultant in Northern California where he lives with his wife and children.

Scott says, “I thank God everyday for Operation Integrity. Through the grace extended to me by these men, I found the one true God. My life is forever changed.”

Roger
Active since 2004, Roger is one of the early OI participants and is often referred to as the “Wise Sage of OI.” He is one of our most experienced facilitators and is deeply influential in the lives of men one-on-one. Roger also contributes in the areas of strategic planning and assists in developing the organization’s policy and ethics. Roger is an attorney by trade and lives in Orange County, California with his wife of 45 years.

David Zailer – Executive Director
An original OI participant, David administrates the day to day operations of OI. He writes devotions for Operation Integrity Daily and contributes to a wide range of addiction recovery efforts. He has written two Christ centered books on 12-Step addiction recovery, but he is best known for his work as a speaker and counselor. David lives in Laguna Niguel, California where he is active in his community and his church.
